Carol Elaine Schwantes, 63, of Dennard, passed away April 10, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Aiken, North Carolina on December 15, 1953 to Thomas C. and Edith Gant Fogle. Carol was a homemaker, a member of Grace Ridge Baptist Church and enjoyed crafts.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, Jack Schwantes, of Dennard; son, Micheal Schwantes, of Atlanta, Georgia; siblings Dorothy Thomas, Charles Fogle and Jean Fogle; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her father, Thomas C. Fogle; her mother, Edith Gant Fogle; and brothers Thomas Lee and Robert.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Clinton Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 14, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Dennard.
Pall Bearers are Don Stapleton, Matthew Johnson, Doug Harper, Lonnie Dentmore, Micheal Schwantes and Jackie Henchey.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at Clinton Funeral Service.
