Obituary for Mark Anthony Shoemaker

Mark Anthony  Shoemaker
Mark Anthony Shoemaker, 58, of Clinton, passed away July 30, 2016. He was born on April 23, 1958 in Arcata, California to Raymond and Juanita Darris Shoemaker. Mark worked for Ray Jones for 13 years. He had a passion for painting vehicles. He loved his family and friends affectionately. He was a God-fearing man and believed in God's word. He loved Geraldine with all of his heart and soul. He was a good man to many people and will be greatly missed by so many. He will never be forgotten.
Left to cherish his memory are Geraldine Brock, his soul mate of 18 years; son Danny Brock and wife Tammy from Alread, AR, son Keith Brock and wife Tina of Knoxville, AR and son Adam Brock and wife Lorri from Clinton, AR; brother Kenneth Ray and wife Ruth from Rose Bud, AR; sister Deanie Ezell and husband Donnie from Alread, AR; step-daughter Kala Martin and husband Chad; sister Betty Hull of New York. Mark is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews Tony Nickles, Bonita Pruitt, Ray Shoemaker, Jr., Danielle Shoemaker, Jimmy Hill, Johnny Shadell, Tina Hall, Michael Ezell and Bobby Ezell; 9 great nieces and nephews and 7 great-great nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother Juanita Shoemaker Hyatt, father Raymond Shoemaker, niece Misty Shoemaker, Great-nephew Samual Tumbleson and step-son Billy Pickard.
Memorial Services will be Friday, August 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Church in Alread, AR with Brother Adam Brock officiating.
